The splinter group that still eats Eloi were known as the Hirsuite Morlocks and were controlled by the Morloi. Kmallak was a kind of tribal leader, however these Morlocks were not nearly as advanced as the ones encountered by Lara Myers. When Time Traveler Two visited Mor, he met Kmallak, a leader of the reformed Morlocks, who no longer preyed on the Eloi.
